Romarco Minerals is a developing gold company focused primarily in the US and Mexico. The Company’s 100controlled Haile Gold Mine (South Carolina) is in the bankable feasibility stage. Haile currently has 1.62 million ounces of gold (measured and indicated) with 3.26 million total gold resource (including inferred), and is open in three directions. The Company also owns the Pinos Gold District in Mexico.

Romarco has significant institutional shareholder base, a management team and Board of Directors with extensive experience in the precious metals industry, C$25 million in cash ($1 million restricted) and no debt.
